About Me

Me smiling while in front of a river

I love helping others find peace, connection, confidence and meeting whatever goals they have for themselves. I find that through collaborative problem solving and lots of introspection, we can achieve change and acceptance. I'm here to listen and provide a safe and comfortable space for you to cultivate new ways to progress into who you've always wanted to be.

In my personal life, I'm a huge sci-fi/fantasy nerd, a singer, writer and am obsessed with HGTV. I spend lots of time going on adventures with my beagle, involved with my church community and of course my family.

The bulk of my experience has been in the individual setting with adults. However, I have worked in many different communities with different populations throughout my career. Low income, foster care, refugees, adults and children, developmental disabilities, even those in active cancer treatments and survivors.

I have completed basic training for EMDR therapy and am currently receiving consultation to achieve certification.

I have completed a year long DBT training, with hopes to be certified in the future.
